摘要
目的探讨疾病认知护理干预对青光眼患者心理状态和遵医行为的影响。方法选取住院青光眼患者100例,按住院时间顺序随机分为对照组和干预组各50例,2组均行常规眼科治疗和护理,干预组再额外进行疾病认知护理干预。采用自行设计的青光眼遵医行为调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),比较患者干预前后的遵医行为和心理状态。结果干预组患者干预后的心理状态较干预前有明显改善,较对照组相比也有明显改善;遵医行为较对照组疗效间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院患者施以有效的疾病认知护理干预能改善青光眼患者的心理状态,使之自觉遵从医嘱行事,提高其长期生活质量。
Objective To explore the influences of nursing intervention of diseases cognition upon the psychological state and compliance behavior of the glaucomatous inpatients.Methods One hundred glaucomatous inpatients were selected and were randomly grouped according to the length of stay in hospital into control group and intervention group.Both groups were treated by ophthalmic conventional therapy,but intervention group has additional nursing intervention of diseases cognition treatment.Self-designed questionnaires included compliance behavior questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） were used to compare psychological state and compliance behavior of the glaucomatous inpatients.Results Intervention group showed noticeable improvements after being intervened and also showed more noticeable improvements than the control group.Compliance behavior differences to control group showed a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion An effective nursing intervention of diseases cognition can help the glaucomatous inpatients to improve their psychological state,self-consciously compliance behavior and quality of life.
