摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对青光眼患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2014年4月住院治疗的青光眼患者116例,随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组各58例。2组患者均接受激光虹膜周边切开术治疗,常规护理组采取常规护理措施,综合护理组在常规护理措施基础上采取综合护理措施。比较2组患者视力水平、眼压、患眼视网膜中央动脉血流变化、对青光眼认知情况及生活质量。结果干预后,综合护理组眼压低于常规护理组,舒张期血流速峰值和收缩期血流速峰值均高于常规护理组,阻力指数低于常规护理组,青光眼知识、药物依从性、生活方式和习惯及总体认知评分均高于常规护理组,症状和视功能、身体机能、社会活动、精神心理评分和总分均高于常规护理组。结论综合护理措施有助于提高患者对青光眼的认知水平、改善眼部血流状态、降低眼压,从而有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with glaucoma.Methods Totally 116 glaucoma patients hospitalized between March 2012 and April 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into an integrated care group(n = 58)and a routine care group(n= 58).After receiving laser peripheral iris incision,the routine care group received routine care,while the integrated care group was provided with integrated care additionally.All patients were intervened four weeks,and then the visual acuity,the central retinal artery blood flow of the affected eyes,patients' knowledge about glaucoma and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the intraocular pressure of the integrated care group was lower than that of the routine care group.After the intervention,the peak diastolic and systolic velocity of the former group were higher than the latter,the resistance index of the former was lower than the latter.The glaucoma knowledge,compliance,life style,overall cognitive scores,as well as symptoms,visual function,physical function,social activities and psychological scores in the integrated group were significantly higher than that in the routine care group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote the knowledge about glaucoma and ocular blood flow,reduce intraocular pressure,thus improving the quality of life of glaucoma patients effectively.
