摘要
目的研究显微外科手术治疗颅内肿瘤(脑膜瘤、胶质瘤)的手术技巧和效果。方法我院2006-01～2013-01间共收治颅内肿瘤患者18例,均采用显微外科手术治疗,对此18例患者进行回顾性分析。结果肿瘤全切除率95.3%,平均输血量(286±180)ml,恢复良好率98.3%。结论显微外科手术可显著减少术中出血量,提高肿瘤全切除率,降低术后病残率。
Objective To research the skills and effects of microsurgical operations to treat intracranial tumors(meningioma,glioma).Methods Analyzing the 18 cases of the patients of intracranial tumor who experienced microsurgical operations.Results The rate of total resection of tumor is 95.3%.The average amount of blood transfusion is(286±180)ml.The rate of good recovery after operation is 98.3%.Conclusion Microsurgical operations can remarkably reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,increase the rate of total resection of tumor and reduce the rate of disability after operation.
