0.2T MRI-DWI in differentiating brain abscess from necrotic or cystic brain tumor

摘要 目的:探讨低场MRI-DWI对脑脓肿与坏死囊性变脑肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析低场MRI-DWI检查的23例脑脓肿与坏死囊性变脑肿瘤的MRI平扫、增强及DWI表现。结果:10例脑脓肿和13例坏死囊性变脑肿瘤囊液平扫呈长T1长T2信号,囊壁呈等T1等T2信号,增强扫描囊壁呈不同程度强化。10例脑脓肿DWI为显著高信号,13例坏死囊性变脑肿瘤囊液DWI呈低信号。结论:低场DWI对脑脓肿与坏死囊性变脑肿瘤能有效作出鉴别诊断。
