颅内肿瘤患者手术实施瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚或异丙酚麻醉效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨颅内肿瘤患者手术实施瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚或异丙酚麻醉的临床效果。方法:收集60例颅内肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:观察组血流动力学各项指标不同时间点均未发生明显的改变(P>0.05),较之对照组存在统计学差异(P<0.05);两组麻醉时间经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的清醒拔管时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颅内肿瘤患者手术实施瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉可以维持稳定的血流动力学状态,且清醒更迅速。
