摘要
文章对美国新丝绸之路战略做了解读,定义了新丝绸之路战略的概念,探究了新丝绸之路战略的内涵,指出了美国推进新丝绸之路战略的途经,通过整合局部,使新丝绸之路战略的全景隐然浮现。文章还对新丝绸之路战略做了评估,并对中国应采取的态度提出了建议。
The essay interprets new U.S strategy on Silk Road,defines the concept of the strategy of new Silk Road,probes the connotation of new Silk Road strategy and indicates an approach America promotes new Silk-Road strategy.By way of local integration,the full view of new Silk-Road strategy has loomed.The essay makes an estimate of such a strategy and pus suggestion on China's attitude.
