摘要
随着我国高等教育已由精英教育跨入大众化教育,使我国高等教育进入了量的快速扩张与质的提高并重的发展新阶段,同时教育体制改革的深化以及政府职能的转变,使得国家教育主管部门对高等院校的管理方式也发生了重大变化。为此,教育部启动了五年一轮的高等学校教学工作评估制度,建立了对高等学校教学工作评估长效机制。作为办学主体的高等院校,也应顺应这一改革趋势,科学构建自身的评价工作长效机制。
In recent years higher education of our country has transferred from 'elite' education to popularized education, which has brought higher education into a stage of rapid quantity expansion and qualitative improvement. Meanwhile, the deepening of educational system reform and the transformation of government functions has also brought great changes to the administrative styles that state educational administrations carry out to higher institutions. Therefore, the Ministry of Education has set up teaching evaluation system in higher institutions on five-year basis and establishes long-term effective teaching evaluation mechanism. As a university, we should conform to this reform trend and establish a long-term effective teaching evaluation mechanism reasonably.
