摘要
网络的兴起,带给人们崭新的交流方式和交流环境,这种打破身份、地位、财产和社会等级限制的"网络聊天"形式具有极大的发展潜力。网络性爱是其最具诱惑力与影响力的一种方式。这种以特定的语言、文字、符号为手段,以性取向、性需要为联系纽带逐步形成的网络性爱群体,在当今信息社会泛滥的原因主要在于人际互动的虚拟性,网络监管工作乏力。由此所引发的不良行为和犯罪行为应纳入犯罪学研究的视野。
With the development of the Internet, people are now acquiring brand new communicative means and environments.Cyber chatting, the new communicative method without any restriction of identity, social status, wealth and social ranks, has much potential to get further development. Cyber sexual love is one of the most alluring and influencing methods. Implemented by certain languages, characters and signs, connected by different sexual tropisms and sexual needs, cyber-sexual-love-communities have gradually come into being. The reasons why cyber sexual love is overrunning in the current information society are due to the fictitiousness of inter-communication among people and the underdeveloped cyber monitoring.Its harm and the crimind acts caused by cyber sexual love should be ranged in the study of criminology.
