摘要
实行统一的国家司法考试 ,提高法律职业准入的门槛 ,是我国司法改革的一个重大举措。对提高我国司法队伍人员水平以及促进民主法治建设都有重要的意义 ,对高等法学教育的方向不可避免地会产生重大影响。基于此 ,改变传统的“填鸭式”的教学方法和以分数论英雄的考试模式 ,选择实施能培养学生独立分析、解决实际问题的教学方法是必然的要求。
It is a milestone in China's legal reform to ensure the standard and legal practice through the national examination on laws. This will play an important role to improve the level of legal service and build up a society with sound legal system. It is important to change the traditional cramming method in teaching and focus more on students' abilities to work independently and creatively.
