摘要
目前,我国高等法学教育在以理论传授为主的同时,也开始重视对学生实践能力的培养,许多学校开展了多种形式的实践教学,包括模拟法庭、法院旁听、案例讨论、毕业实习等。但实践证明,这些方式都存在不同程度的弊端。美国的"法律诊所教育模式"对我国的高等法学教育有一定的启迪意义,并具有推行的可行性。
At present while teaching theories mainly,our high education of law begins to emphasize the development of the students' practice ability.Many colleges carried out various practice teaching activities including moot court,auditing in the court,cases discussion and graduation practice etc.But practice proved these methods have defects with different degrees.American 'legal clinic-styled education'has certain inspiration to our high education of law and pushes forward it possibly.
