摘要
“上海合作组织”,作为国际组织具有多边性、区域性、开放性、综合性、不结盟性、新的安全观念、新的区域合作模式等特点,不仅对区域内各成员国谋求共同发展具有重要意义,而且有助于推动世界多极化及国际关系民主化进程,有助于促进公正、合理的国际政治经济新秩序的建立。
As an international organization, 'Shang Hai Cooperative Organization 'shares the following features : multilateral ,regional, open,comprehensive, non-aligned and with new safe ideas and new regional cooperative mode etc. It is not only significant for the common development of the members in the region ,but also helpful for the progress of world multipolarization and international relationship democraticzation and the improving the establishment of impartial,reasonable and new international ,political and economical order.
