摘要
班主任是班集体的组织者、管理者 ,班主任的心理和行为对学生思想灵魂的塑造及素质的发展有着重要影响。热爱班主任工作是对教育事业热爱的具体体现 ,也是做好班主任工作的决心和信心的重要标志。要做好新时期大学班主任工作 ,必须要有爱心、决心和信心以及得力的工作方法。根据从事班主任工作的切身体会 ,探讨了新时期大学生班主任工作的主要特点 。
A class supervisor serves as the organizer and administrator of a class; his/her behaviors are of great influence on the shaping of students' ideology and the development of students' qualities. Love of the post of being a class supervisor manifests his/her enthusiasm towards education and marks his/her determination of fulfill the obligations of a class superior. To be a successful supervisor, one shall have to be enthusiastic, determined, confident, and strategic. The authors have characterized the work of a class supervisor in the new century, its working approaches, and trend of thought.
