摘要
随着社会的发展,教育改革的不断深化,高校招生人数的增加,现代大学教育也发生了翻天覆地的变化,为了加强对学生的管理,班主任工作也应与时俱进树立现代教育理念,围绕培养目标,确立班级管理目标;利用科学的管理,进行有效的沟通从而做好班主任工作。班主任作为具体负责一个班级思想教育和组织管理工作的主导者,对学生的心理素质、思想素质、文化素质以及道德素质的形成起着举足轻重的作用。
