职业生涯管理理论虽然在我国起步较晚,但研究和应用发展非常迅速,业已成为现代人力资源管理中的重要内容。新的时代唤起了高校图书馆员的职业生涯管理意识,也加快了高校图书馆开展馆员职业生涯管理实践的步伐。高校图书馆员职业生涯管理系统可以在人力资源管理过程中实际操作和运用,一个完整的高校图书馆员职业生涯管理系统包括信息系统、开发系统、评估系统和保障系统4个子系统,每个子系统都有它的构成和功能。
