图书馆事业是西部开发系统的有机组成部分 ,图书馆事业的发展在西部大开发中有着重要的意义 ,将支持西部人才资源和信息资源的开发 ,加强西部图书馆建设 。
Library is the component of the systems of Western development,which plays an important role in the development of Western areas. It will support labor and information resources,strengthen library constructions and do inquiry services for its economic development.
