摘要
本文从规划管理实践的视角回顾和总结了2000年以来上海在实施新一轮城市总体规划过程中的主要要点,主要分为规划体系和规划政策两个基本方面。通过加强过程控制使规划实施的过程同时成为对城市经济社会发展不断适应的过程,最终确保规划总体目标实现。
The article has reviewed and summarized the main points of the master planning implementation in Shanghai since 2000,in terms of city planning administra- tion practice.The main content is divided into two basic aspects——the planning system and planning policy.In a word,pro- cess control in the process of planning implementation will acclimatize the city plan- ning to the economic and social develop- ment of Shanghai and will make the goals of planning come true.
