摘要
教师作为教书育人的神圣职业,近年来受到极大关注。现实中教师的待遇虽有所提高,但与教师应当获得的仍然相差很大,教师流失问题严重。本文通过对教师流失的现状进行分析,探讨当前教师流失的主要原因。
Teachers as a saint career which teaching and cultivating,attract great attention recent years.Although the teachers' salaries are growing,the gap between their salaries and endeavors is still big.The problem of teachers loss is serious.Through the current situation of teachers loss,this paper analyze and discuss the main reasons of teachers loss.
