摘要
当前高职教师职业倦怠现象日益凸显,严重影响教师身心健康,降低教学质量,制约职业教育发展。文章利用SPSS分析职业倦怠和积极心理品质的相关性,通过调查分析、线性回归等研究方法,研究得出高职教师职业倦怠形成原因,应从积极心理品质的智慧、勇气、人际3个维度,培养教师积极心理品质,缓解职业倦怠。
At present,the phenomenon of job burnout of higher vocational teacher has become increasingly prominent,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of teacher,reducing the quality of teaching,and restricting the development of vocational education.SPSS was used to analyze the correlations between job burnout and positive psychological quality.Through investigation and analysis,linear regression and other research methods,it is concluded that the causes of occupational burnout of teachers in higher vocational schools.We should foster teachers’positive psychological qualities and ease job burnout from the three dimensions of positive psychology,such as wisdom,courage,and interpersonal.
