摘要
青年教师已成为新建本科院校师资队伍的主体,其发展关乎师资队伍全局。当前,该类高校青年教师的职业发展问题比较突出,迫切需要从学校层面加强长远规划,完善职业发展辅助机制,优化职业发展环境。
The young teacher is the principal part of the newly-built university teaching staff andtheir professional development is involved in the overall situation of the teaching staff. At present, theobvious professional development problem of the young teacher in the newly-built university can besolved by a long-term plan needed on the college level so as to perfect the auxiliary mechanism forthe professional development and optimize the occupational development environment.
