摘要
在农民工的权益保障问题上,尽管国家和政府已相继颁布出台了一系列法规文件,但对农民工的权利伤害还是禁而不止。十多年来,“农民工”为国家的经济社会发展作出了巨大贡献,然而,他们的政治、经济、文化等等方面的权益却得不到应有的保障,这是社会的极大不公平现象。现阶段农民工的生存状况、遭遇的不平等境遇及其原因是什么,建立和完善农民工权益保障制度应从哪些方面入手,是本文重点探讨的问题。
Although the state government has issued a series of laws and regulations related to the problems about the peasant worker'right and interest,the incidents about the harm of their right and interest come out again and again.In the past two decades,'peasant workers' have made great contributions to the social and economic development for the country.However,their political,economic and educational right and interest could not be well-protected.This is unfair to the great extent in the society.Then,what the present situation about their life is,what unfairness they have experienced,and what the causes are.These are the key points that the present study intends to study so as to find out how we can work out and improve the system to protect their right and interest.
