摘要
从农村到城市,农民工面临的依然是以"关系"为特征的人情社会。"关系-人情"能满足农民工的情感性需求和工具性需求。在交往互动中,农民工尤其是中下层农民工易于过度依赖同质性群体,呈现情感互动的"内卷化"趋势;同时,由于部分权利缺失和权力剥夺,农民工也面临资源和利益分配不平等的境遇。"关系性排斥"是农民工在文化历史环境、正式制度、非正式制度三重作用下遭受的困境,要从政府、社会层面出发积极改善这种困境。
From the rural area to urban cities,migrant workers are still facing the 'Renqing society' of 'Guanxi'.'Guanxi-Renqing' can meet the affective needs and instrumental needs of the migrant workers.In social interaction,the migrant workers,especially the middle and lower ones are likely to over-rely on homogeneous groups,showing an 'involution' trend on emotion interaction.At the same time,as a result of the lack of right and power deprivation,migrant workers are also confronted with the unequal distribution of resources and benefits.'The rejection in Guanxi' is produced by historical and cultural environment,the formal system and informal system.We must solve this problem with the force of government and society.
