摘要
公司制是我国国有企业改革的方向。转型经济中公司经营者道德风险问题主要是由制度结构安排缺陷,特别是监督机制的弱化引起的,只有积极主动地推进公司制改革、完善监督机制,才能从源头上预防和治理道德风险。
Company system is the direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises. The company managers' moral hazards are mainly the result of the defects in system structure and especially the weakening of supervision mechanism. Therefore, until active measures are taken to promote company system reform and perfect supervision mechanism, moral hazards can' t be prevented and controlled at their source.
