摘要
为保证寸草塔煤矿2-2煤层自然发火防治做到科学、合理、经济、有效,寸草塔煤矿展开对2-2煤层工作面采空区自燃"三带"划分的研究工作。通过对22301综采工作面采空区气体成分变化规律测定,划分了22301综采工作面采空区自燃"三带"分布范围,采空区进风顺槽侧氧化升温带较宽,为128 m;回风顺槽侧较窄,为101 m;确定了最小安全推进速度为2.15 m/d,进而为合理确定防灭火工艺提供了依据,有效地指导了工作面的安全、高效回采。
In order to ensure the scientific and effective prevention and control of 2-2 coal seam spontaneous combustion in Cuncaota coal mine,the research on the“three zones”division of goaf spontaneous combustion of 2-2 coal seam working face was carried out.According to the measurement of gas composition change rule in the goaf of No.22301 fully mechanized coal face,the distribution range of“three zones”of goaf spontaneous combustion of No.22301 fully mechanized coal face was divided.The results show that the oxidation temperature rise zone is 128m at the inlet side of the goaf,101m at the return side,and the minimum safe advance speed is 2.15m/d,which provides a basis for the rational determination of fire prevention and control technology,and effectively guides the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
