摘要
以红柳煤矿I010403工作面实际开采状况为背景,采用粉煤灰代替黄土的灌浆技术。通过现场试验确定了适配煤矿灌浆及注胶防灭火系统的浆液配比,并对比了该配比粉煤灰浆与常用黄土浆的降温效果。研究结果表明,适配系统的最佳粉煤灰浆配比为5∶1,其在降温效果方面与黄土灌浆效果相当,并经过成本核算验证了其经济可行性。
Based on the actual mining conditions of the I010403 working face of Hongliu Coal Mine, with fly ash grouting technology replacing the loess grouting, the slurry ratio of coal mine grouting and rubber injection fire prevention and extinguishing system was determined by field tests, and the cooling effect of the fly ash slurry and common loess slurry was compared. The research results showed that the optimal ratio of the fly ash slurry of the grouting system was 5∶1, and its cooling effect was equivalent to the loess grouting and the economic feasibility was verified by cost accounting.
