摘要
介绍了在铟回收过程中,用铁粉还原含铟溶液中三价铁时产生富含锌、铜、碲低品位铋渣的综合回收利用,该渣采用120g/L的稀硫酸,渣量20%的双氧水,液固比4:1,温度80℃,反应时间3小时的工艺条件进行氧化浸出,锌、铜浸出率大于95%,碲浸出率大于78%,铋浸出率小于0.5%;浸出液采用理论量5倍的铁粉,温度95℃、时间2小时的工艺条件进行沉碲,碲沉淀率大于90%,沉碲后液送硫酸锌溶液铜盐脱氯工艺的浸铜工序,浸出渣为富铋渣直接销售.
The comprehensive recovery and utilization of bismuth slag rich in zinc,copper and tellurium from the reduction of trivalent iron in indium-containing solution with iron powder is introduced.The slag is oxidized and leached with 120 g/L dilute sulfuric acid,20%hydrogen peroxide,liquid-solid ratio 4:1,temperature 80 C,reaction time 3 hours.Copper leaching rate is more than 95%,tellurium leaching rate is more than 78%,bismuth leaching rate is less than 0.5%.The leaching solution is made of iron powder with theoretical amount of 5 times,temperature is 95 C,time is 2 hours,tellurium precipitation rate is more than 90%.After tellurium precipitation,the leaching solution is sent to copper salt dechlorination process of zinc sulfate solution.The leaching residue is sold directly by bismuth-rich residue.
