摘要
采用氧化酸浸的方法从铜电解阳极泥处理过程中产生的综合渣中浸出碲。对氧化荆进行了选择,考察了氧化剂用量、残酸浓度和浸出时间对碲浸出率的影响,确定的最佳浸出条件为:浸出温度80℃、液固比10:1、每50g物料氧化剂A用量为1 g、残酸浓度3.6mol/L、浸出时间5 h。在最佳浸出条件下,碲的浸出率达到90.09%,铜的浸出率为97.81%。
This paper studies treatment of the mixed slag which produced in the treating process of copper electr- olysis anode slime with oxidize acid leaching method,selects oxidant.The affects of oxidant dosage,residual acid concentration and leaching time on leaching efficiency of tellurium were studied.The optimum leaching conditions is as follows:leaching temperature is 80℃,liquid to solid ratio is 10:1 residual acid concentration is 3.6mol/L and leaching time is 5 hours.Under this optimum leaching conditions,en...
