摘要
为了回收铋渣中的碲,设计了真空蒸馏-加碱造渣-水浸提碲-旋流电积新工艺,考察了片碱和氧化剂用量、造渣温度、造渣时间对水浸提碲的影响,并对旋流电积提碲进行了验证。结果表明,经过加碱造渣后,碲的浸出率达97.02%,旋流电积得到碲的纯度为99.99%,电流效率为96.5%。
In order to recover tellurium from bismuth slag,vacuum distillation,alkali slagging,water leaching to recower tellurium,cyclone electrolysis was proposed.The effects of the amount of flake alkali and oxidant,the temperature of slagmaking and the time of slag-making on the recovery of tellurium from Bismuth slag were investigated.The results show that telluriumleaching rate is 97.02%after slag-making.Tellurium grade in cyclone electrolysis product is 99.99%,and the current efficiency is 96.5%.
