摘要
目的:建立脑梗塞临床护理规范和路径。方法将护理临床路径表单进行临床应用,综合评价实施效果。结果根据优化的脑梗塞临床护理路径,经临床实施,护士工作主动性增强,患者日常生活能力提高,平均住院日缩短3d,并发症发生率降低20.5%,满意度升高3%。结论临床护理路径能有效规范护理行为,减少护理缺失,提高护理质量。
Objective To establish cerebral infarction clinical nursing path specification and.Methods The clinical nursing path table in clinical application,comprehensive evaluation.Results According to the cerebral infarction clinical nursing path optimization,after clinical practice,nurses to enhance work initiative,improve the ability of daily life of patients,the average hospitalization days shorten 3D,lower incidence of complications 20.5%,satisfaction increased 3%.Conclusion The clinical care path can ef ectively standardize nursing behavior,reduce the nursing flaw,improve the quality of nursing care.
