摘要
目的:评估品管圈应用临床护理路径对脑梗死患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者180例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组成立品管圈并应用临床护理路径对患者实施健康教育,对照组实施健康教育,比较两组效果。结果:观察组对健康教育的知晓率和对服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈应用临床护理路径可以提高脑梗死患者对健康教育的认知,提高医院护理质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of implementation of health education for patients with cerebral infarction with clinical nursing pathway in quality control center.Methods:180 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given health education with clinical nursing pathway in quality control center.The control group was given health education.We compared two groups of effect.Results:In the observation group,the awareness rate of health education and service satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of clinical nursing pathway in quality control center can improve the cognition of health education in patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the quality of hospital care.
