摘要
目的探讨评价盆腔良、恶性妇科肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断应用血清肿瘤标志物检测的临床意义。方法选取我院收治的50例妇科恶性肿瘤患者、85例良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院行健康体检的90例健康正常女性作为对照,应用微粒子化学发光分别检测入选对象的糖类抗原(CA)125、153、199,甲胎蛋白(AFP)以及癌胚抗原(CEA)浓度,对比分析三组研究对象的检测结果。结果三组检测的AFP、CEA浓度水平并无明显差异(>0.05),良性肿瘤患者的CA125、CA153、CA199浓度水平均高于健康正常组,其中CA199浓度水平差异对比具有统计学意义(<0.05);恶性肿瘤患者与良性肿瘤组、健康正常组相比,CA125、CA153、CA199浓度水平均明显升高(P<0.05)。CA125、CA199在盆腔良、恶性妇科肿瘤患者中的阳性检测率较高。结论 CA125、CA153、CA199三种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测,可为临床诊断与鉴别诊断盆腔良、恶性妇科肿瘤提供重要参考依据。
Objective To study the evaluation of benign and malignant pelvic gynecologic tumor diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of the clinical significance of the application of serum tumor markers detection.Methods Selection 50 patients with gynecological malignant tumor of our hospital,85 cases of benign tumor patients as the research object,At the same time selection in the same period in our line of normal physical examination of 90 cases of healthy women as control,Application of micro particle chemiluminescence detection respectively selected objects of carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,153,199,a tire protein(AFP)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)concentration,contrast analysis of test results of three groups of subjects.Results The three groups of detection of AFP,CEA levels and no significant dif erence(>0.05),patients with benign tumor of CA125,CA153,CA199 levels were higher than in healthy normal group,Among CA199 levels compared statistical y significant dif erence(<0.05);Malignant tumor patients compared with benign tumor and healthy normal group,CA125,CA153,CA199 levels were significantly higher(<0.05).CA125 and CA199 in patients with benign and malignant gynecological pelvic tumors in the positive detection rate is higher.Conclusion CA125,CA153,CA199,three kinds of joint detection of serum tumor markers for clinical diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of benign and malignant pelvic tumors of department of gynaecology to provide important reference basis.
