摘要
目的分析我院2013年复方苦参注射液的使用情况及不良反应发生情况,指导临床合理用药。方法从我院药剂科信息系统中抽取2013年度住院患者使用复方苦参注射液的数据,收集相关不良反应,进行统计分析,总结复方苦参注射液在我院的应用情况。结果2013年度使用复方苦参注射液的癌痛患者比例为45.5%。肿瘤内科占我院复方苦参注射液用量的首位。肺癌占我院复方苦参注射液用量的首位。结论我院复方苦参注射液的使用基本合理,复方苦参注射液安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the occurrence of hospital in 2013,we use compound matrine injection and adverse reactions,to guide the clinical rational drug use.Methods Extraction from the pharmacy information system in our hospital 2013 patients with Compound Kushen injection data,col ecting related adverse reactions,statistical analysis,summarized the application of compound matrine injection in our hospital.Results The proportion of 2013 year using the compound Kushen injection for 45.5%patients with cancer pain.Tumor in our hospital department of internal medicine of compound matrine injection dosage first.Lung cancer in our hospital was the first compound matrine injection.Conclusion Compound matrine injection used in our hospital was basical y rational,high security compound matrine injection.
