摘要
目的:探讨单侧唇裂二期整形术,鼻畸形纠矫正术+肋软骨切取术,PTFE假体隆鼻术的手术配合。方法对21例唇裂一期术后鼻畸形的患者手术矫正,取肋软骨联合PTFE假体植入。结果术后恢复良好,无1感染,患者满意。结论熟练的手术配合,充分物品器械准备,患者的配合并采取有效的护理措施。
Objective To investigate the second phase of unilateral cleft lip plasty,nasal deformity remedy cor ection cut+rib cartilage,PTFE prosthesis rhinoplasty surgery operation.Methods 21 cases of surgical cor ection for the first phase of the cleft lip postoperative nasal deformity patients,take rib cartilage of PTFE joint prosthesis implantation.Results Postoperative recovered wel,there is no infection,the patient satisfaction.Conclusion Skil ful operation coordination,items equipment preparation,with the patient and the quantitative and ef ective nursing measures.
