摘要
目的:对假体隆鼻+自体鼻中隔软骨与耳软骨雕塑鼻尖的应用效果进行探究。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2018年2月收治的假体隆鼻患者为研究对象,共80例,按照电脑随机法将其分为对照组、研究组,均40例。其中对照组采取单纯假体隆鼻,而研究组则在此基础上联合使用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨,比较两组手术前后鼻子变化及随访12个月的优良率。结果:术后,研究组鼻尖高度、鼻长高于对照组,但鼻尖角低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,研究组优良率(90.00%)高于对照组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:假体隆鼻+自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨雕塑鼻尖,效果显著,利于优化鼻尖的形状及突出度,以满足患者对鼻部美观的要求,可行性较高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nasal augmentation with prosthesis plus autologous nasal septum cartilage and ear cartilage sculpture of nasal tip.Method:A total of 80 prosthesis rhinoplasty patients admitted in our hospital were randomly selected from February 2016 to February 2018,according to the computer random method,and they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rhinoplasty alone,while the study group was treated with autologous nasal septum cartilage and auricular cartilage on the basis of rhinoplasty.Compared the nose change before and after surgery and the rate of good follow-up of 12 months of the two groups.Result:After operation,the height and length of nasal tip in the study group were superior than those in the control group,but the angle of nasal tip was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the excellent and good rate in the study group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(67.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nose augmentation with prosthesis plus autologous nasal septum cartilage and autologous auricular cartilage sculpture of nasal tip is effective and conducive to optimizing the shape and protrusion of nasal tip to meet patients’requirements for nasal aesthetics.It is feasible and worthy of promotion.
