摘要
目的:本研究主要就畸形胎儿诊断过程中彩色多普勒超声检查的应用价值展开分析讨论,以此来为此类患儿的临床诊断提供参考。方法选择我院2012年1月~2014年1月所收治的500例孕产妇作为研究对象,所有孕产妇均为单胎,入院后对其行彩色多普勒超声检查,并对胎儿的检查结果进行分析。结果在本研究的所有胎儿中,超声检查结果显示有4例胎儿畸形;在这些畸形胎儿中有1例为泌尿系统畸形;1例为消化系统畸形;3例为神经系统畸形;1例为唇裂。尸检以及新生儿检查结果显示,产前超声检查有1例漏诊,0例误诊,其诊断准确率为97.5%。结论在对胎儿进行产前检查时,彩色多普勒超声具有一系列优点,且对胎儿是否存在畸形具有较高的特异性以及确诊率。
Objective This study was to analyze fetal malformation discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination process,in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of these children.Methods I have admit ed to hospital in January 2012~2014 January 500 cases of pregnant women as research subjects,al pregnant women are single births,after admission to its line of color Doppler ultrasound examination,and examination of the fetus The results were analyzed.Results In al fetuses,ultrasound examination of the study showed that there are four cases of fetal malformation;had one case of urinary tract malformations in the fetus malformation;1 case of digestive abnormalities;3 cases of neurological abnormalities;1 case cleft lip.And neonatal autopsy findings show that there is one case of prenatal ultrasound missed,0 cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy was 97.5%.Conclusion When the fetus prenatal care,color Doppler ultrasound has a series of advantages,and the existence of fetal malformations with high specificity and diagnosis.
