摘要
高等护理人才的培养是护理学科发展的根本保证,护理中升本教育应针对学生的基础和特点,在与普通护理本科人才培养目标与途径不同的基础上,进行改革创新,努力解决人才培养中遇到的各种问题,因材施教,坚定调整人才培养目标定位,转变教学内容与培养途径,形成我们自己的人才培养特色,使他们更贴近于医院和社会的需求。
Cultivating the advanced nursing talent is the fundamental guarantee for the development of nursing science.The nursing education of those from secondary specialized associated degree to a bachelor's degree should according to the students'foundation and characteristics,on the different basis of talent training objectives and ways for the normal undergraduate nursing,carry on reform and innovation,efforts to solve the various problems encountered during talent training,teach students in accordance with their aptitudes,adjust the aim of talent training firmly,change the teaching contents and training ways,form our own characteristics of talent cultivation,making them fit the needs of hospital and community more closely.
