摘要
为了对学生进行准确的专业定位,更好地开展就业指导提供依据,本文收集了北京市某学院707名高职高专护理专业毕业生的就业信息,对其就业情况进行调查和分析。毕业生生源地为郊区、县的为86.8%,城八区为13.2%;总体就业率为99.89%,专业对口率为98.0%;92.5%的学生毕业时签<在三级综合性医院;专升本为0.7%。结果表明,毕业生生源地以郊区、县为主;就业率和专业对口率都较高;毕业生主要工作在北京市三级综合医院;毕业时选择继续深造的比例很小。
To know the employment situation of nursing students accepted higher technical and vocational education,and provide the basis for the accurate professional positioning and career guidance,707 nursing students are col ected.The rate of students from the suburban districts and counties is 86.8%,while the eight urban districts is 13.2%;the average employment rate is 99.89%,and job suited rate is 98.0%;92.5%of nursing students work at the front-line in general hospitals that are third-class;and the rate of students admit ed to the undergraduate is only 0.7%.Nursing graduates accepted higher technical and vocational education are mainly from the suburban districts and counties in Beijing.The employment rate and job suited rate are high.The students'position is in general hospitals that are third-class.The students who choose to continue their studies are rare.
