摘要
目的:研究米非司酮配合化疗药治疗侵蚀性葡萄胎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在2012年12月至2013年12月间收治的60例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方法将患者分为两组,每组病例各30例,对照组单纯利用一般药物治疗,观察组采用米非司酮与化疗药物相结合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,且差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮与化疗药物相结合治疗,有利于使侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的治疗效果得到提升,在临床治疗中的应用非常广泛,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical efct of mifepristone combined with chemotherapy in treatment of invasive hydaidiform mole.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of our hospital in 2012 December to 2013 December were treated 60 cases ofinvasive hydatidiform mole patients,according to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,each group of each 30 cases,the control group only use drug therapy,observation group adopted meters non ketone with chemotherapy drugs division combination therapy,compared two groups of patients.Results The treatment group was better than control group,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mifepristone combined with chemotherapeutic agents,is conducive to the invasive hydatidiform mole patients improved,clinical application is very extensive,is worth the clinical promotion.
