摘要
目的探讨米非司酮对中期妊娠引产效果影响。方法将50例妊娠12~28w妇女随机分成两组,分别采用米非司酮配伍雷佛奴尔和单用雷佛奴尔进行引产。对比两组完全流产率、宫缩开始时间、总产程、产后出血时间和量及月经恢复时间进行比较。结果用米非司酮组完全流产率96%,宫缩开始时间平均(28±2)h,产后出血(150±15)ml,出血时间(9±3)d,月经恢复时间(32±3)d。与单用雷佛奴尔组比较,差异均有显著性。结论加用米非司酮可以改善中期妊娠引产效果,降低并发症。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of mifepristone for termination of mid trimester of pregnancy ef ect.Methods 50 cases with 12-28 weeks of pregnancy women were randomly divided into 2 groups,respectively,using mifepristone and rivanol and single rivanol induction.Comparing the two groups of the rate of complete abortion,uterine start time,the total labor,postpartum bleeding time and volume and menstrual recovery time were compared.Results The rate of complete abortion with mifepristone group by 96%,average(28±2)hours,(150±15)ml postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding time 9±3 days,menstrual recovery time was(32±3)days.And single rivanol group,there was significant dif erence.Conclusion Combined with mifepristone can improve the midtrimester induction ef ect,reduce complications.
