摘要
目的评定常规护理干预服务+快速康复护理干预服务实施在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中对其术后疼痛构成的影响作用.方法对2018年6月—2020年3月该院予以妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的68例患者予以组别构建,分组方式选用抛硬币方式,各组入组34例,试验组选用常规护理干预服务+快速康复护理干预服务,参照组选用常规护理干预服务,计算手术后第一次排气所用小时、手术后第一次排便所用小时、手术后12 h及手术后24 h疼痛评定结果状况.结果试验组手术后第一次排气所用小时、手术后第一次排便所用小时相较参照组降低(P<0.05);试验组手术后12 h疼痛评定结果状况相较参照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组手术后24 h疼痛评定结果状况相较参照组降低(P<0.05),各个组别手术后24 h疼痛评定结果状况相较手术后12 h降低(P<0.05).结论为妇科腹腔镜手术患者实行常规护理干预服务+快速康复护理干预服务能减轻其术后疼痛程度.
Objective To evaluate the effect of routine nursing intervention service+rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention service on the postoperative pain of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were grouped.The grouping method was coin tossing.Each group was enrolled in 34 cases.The experimental group used routine nursing intervention service+rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention service,the reference group used conventional nursing intervention service,calculates the hours used for the first fart after surgery,the hours used for the first bowel movement after surgery,pain assessment results for 12 and 24 hours after surgery.Results The hours of the first farting after the operation and the hours of the first bowel movement after the operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the pain assessment results in the experimental group at 12 hours after the operation was not statistically significant different from that of the specific project data of the reference group(P>0.05).The pain assessment results in the test group at 24 hours after surgery was lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The 24-hour pain assessment results of each group decreased compared to the specific project data for the 12 hours after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing routine nursing intervention service+rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention service for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can reduce their postoperative pain.
