摘要
目的观察快速康复外科健康干预对妇科腹腔镜术患者的影响。方法选取在某院2018年8月至2019年8月时间段内,接受腹腔镜术的大约130名患者。将他们平均分为对照组与康复组。对照组患者接受常规性健康干预,康复组接受常规健康干预与快速康复外科健康干预两种方式。比较两组患者的疼痛状况等术后恢复情况。结果康复组在手术后六小时,其疼痛数字评分法以及NRS评分都要低于对照组。康复组的住院时间以及下床活动时间等低于对照组。结论观察组妇科腹腔镜术患者接受快速康复外科健康干预,其结果要优于对照组,因此快速康复外科护理可以促进其手术快速恢复,缓解患者的疼痛。
Objective To observe effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery health intervention on patients with gynecological laparoscopy.Methods We chose 130 cases of laparoscopy patients approximately in a hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.Divided them into control and rehabilitation groups evenly.Control group was treated with routine health intervention,and rehabilitation group with two methods:routine health intervention and rapid rehabilitation surgical health intervention.Compare pain status and postoperative recovery between two groups of patients.Results Six hours after surgery,pain numerical scores and NRS scores of rehabilitation group were lower than control group.Length of stay and out of bed time in rehabilitation group was lower than control group.Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic patients in observation group treated with rapid rehabilitation surgical health intervention,can achieve better effect than control group.Therefore,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can promote rapid recovery from surgery and relieve pains of patients.
