摘要
目的探究体位康复训练和综合护理干预对妇科患者腹腔镜术后愈合的影响.方法选择2019年1—11月在莒县中医医院进行治疗的妇科腹腔镜术后患者200例,按照入院顺序分组,每组100例,其中100例进行体位康复训练和综合护理干预(观察组)、100例进行常规护理(对照组),将各组指标进行比较.结果观察组术后2、3、4 d的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不同类型妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后引流量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论妇科腹腔镜术后给予患者体位康复训练和综合护理干预能够有效减轻患者疼痛,减少术后引流量,值得研究推广.
Objective To explore the effect of postural rehabilitation training and comprehensive nursing interventions on the healing of gynecological patients after laparoscopic.Methods 200 patients underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Ju Country TCM Hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,there were 100 patients in each group.Among them,100 cases received postural rehabilitation training and comprehensive nursing intervention(observation group),and 100 cases received routine nursing(control group).The indicators of each group were compared.Results The pain scores in the observation group at 2 days,3 days and 4 days after operation were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative drainage volume of patients with different types of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences werre statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation training and comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce patients'pain and reduce postoperative drainage,which is worthy of research and promotion.
