摘要
目的探讨系统功能康复治疗对胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者康复的影响.方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月该院收治的胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者114例,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,两组57例,对照组应用常规康复治疗,研究组应用系统功能康复治疗.观察分析两组患者治疗效果、膝关节功能以及肌力与膝关节活动度情况.结果研究组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组膝关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肌力与膝关节活动度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论系统功能康复治疗胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者康复效果明显,能够减轻患者的疼痛感,提高患者行走的稳定性,对患者在术后的康复起到一定的积极作用.
Objective To investigate the effect of systemic functional rehabilitation on the rehabilitation of patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation.Methods A total of 114 patients with internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 57 patients in each group.Conventional rehabilitation therapy was applied in the control group and systematic functional rehabilitation therapy was applied in the study group.The therapeutic effect,knee function,muscle strength and knee range of motion were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee function of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle strength and knee range of motion in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of systemic functional rehabilitation for patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation is obvious,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the stability of patients'walking,and play a certain positive role in postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
