摘要
目的分析胫骨平台骨折(TPF)患者接受临床护理路径(CNP)对术后康复的影响。方法研究对象为2017年4月—2019年4月该院收治的81例TPF患者。按随机数字表法分组,A组42例,B组39例。A组采用CNP护理,B组采用常规护理。对比两组术后康复效果。结果A组的膝关节功能优良率为92.86%,高于B组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的各项膝关节功能评分均高于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后3、12个月的胫骨平台解剖学指标均优于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的并发症总发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的各项生活质量评分均低于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为TPF患者行CNP护理可改善其膝关节功能,恢复胫骨平台的解剖学结构,且安全性更高。
Objective To analyze the effect of receiving a clinical nursing pathway(CNP)on postoperative recovery in patients with tibial plateau fractures(TPF).Methods The subjects of the study were 81 TPF patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.They were grouped by random number table method,42 cases in group A and 39 cases in group B.CNP nursing was used in group A and conventional nursing was used in group B.The postoperative rehabilitation results of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of knee function in group A was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.79%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint function scores of group A were higher than those of group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anatomical indexes of tibial plateau in group A were better than those in group B at 3 and 12 months after operation,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of group A were lower than those of group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP care for patients with TPF improves knee function and restores the anatomy of the tibial plateau with greater safety.
