摘要
目的探讨脑血管患者康复护理指导的应用效果.方法选取2017年8月—2018年11月该院收治的52例脑血管病患者纳入该次研究,对照组(n=26)采用常规护理;观察组(n=26)采用康复护理指导,评估两组患者的临床效果.结果观察组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(46.82±2.54)分、(49.67±3.52)分,明显低于对照组(57.78±3.86)分、(62.43±3.74)分;观察组ADL评分(64.28±11.56)分、Fugl-Meyer量表评分(13.38±1.39)分,明显高于对照组(48.63±10.54)分、(9.27±1.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在脑血管患者中实施早期康复护理指导,能够促进患者肢体功能的恢复,减轻其负性情绪,提高生活自理能力,值得借鉴.
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing guidance for cerebrovascular patients.Methods 52 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were included in this study.The control group(n=26)was treated with routine care;the observation group(n=26)was treated with rehabilitation care.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(46.82±2.54)points and(49.67±3.52)points,which were significantly lower than the control group(57.78±3.86)points and(62.43±3.74)points;the observation group ADL score(64.28±11.56)points and Fugl-Meyer scale(13.38±1.39)points,which were significantly higher than the control group(48.63±10.54)points and(9.27±1.35)points the difference was statistically sigmificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing guidance in patients with cerebrovascular disease can promote the recovery of patients'limb function,reduce their negative emotions,and improve their self-care ability.It is worth learning from.
