摘要
目的 探究脑卒中后言语障碍患者后期康复治疗期间采取综合康复护理措施的护理效果.方法 选择2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的160例脑卒中后言语障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和综合组,对照组采用传统常规护理干预措施,综合组采用综合康复护理干预措施.比较两组患者症状改善时间、言语功能评分、生活质量评分等数据指标.结果 护理后,综合组患者症状改善时间、言语功能评分优于对照组患者(P<0.05);护理后,综合组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对脑卒中后言语障碍患者后期康复治疗期间采取综合康复护理措施,患者的言语评分得以提升,缩短了患者的症状改善时间,促使患者生活质量得到提高.
Objective To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures during post-stroke rehabilitation for patients with speech impairment after stroke.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,160 patients with speech impairment after stroke were randomly divided into a control group and a comprehensive group.The control group used traditional routine nursing interventions and the comprehensive group used comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions.Data indicators such as symptom improvement time,speech function score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the improvement time and speech function score of the patients in the comprehensive group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the quality of life score of the patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures are taken during post-stroke rehabilitation for patients with speech disorders after stroke,which improves the speech score of the patients,shortens the time for the patients to improve their symptoms,and improves the quality of life of the patients.
