摘要
特应性皮炎从婴幼儿发展至青少年及成人期,常出现皮肤干燥、苔癣样变、剧烈瘙痒等血虚风燥的表现,病程迁延、缠绵难愈。血虚风燥型特应性皮炎的形成原因十分复杂,治疗也存在一定难度。三因制宜理论源于黄帝内经,在后代医家继承和发挥下,形成一套完整的理论体系,是中医整体观念和辨证论治的集中体现。基于三因制宜论治血虚风燥型特应性皮炎,以"人致病"为中心,结合"天致病""地致病",更有利于找准病机,整体看待疾病,指导临床遣方用药,从而提高疗效。
Atopic dermatitis(AD)develops from infants and young children to adolescents and adults,which often presents with dry skin,lichen-like changes,acute pruritus and other symptoms of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness,the cause of blood deficiency and wind dryness type AD is complicated,the treatment of that is also difficult.The theory of“treatment individualized to Patient,Season and Locality”originated from the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,and under the inheritance and exertion of the doctors of later generations,a completed theoretical system has been formed,it is a concentrated expression of the overall concept and syndrome differentiation.The treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type AD is based on the theory of“treatment individualized to Patient,Season and Locality”,taking patient as the center,combining senson and locality,which is in favor of grasping the pathogenesis and treating the disease completely,guiding the clinical prescription,so as to improve the curative effect.
