摘要
目的探讨中药穴位敷贴对气滞血瘀或寒凝血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)伴失眠患者睡眠质量及临床症状的影响.方法选择2019年10月—2020年9月该院收治的94例气滞血瘀或寒凝血瘀型UA伴失眠患者为研究对象,根据患者愿意分成两组,其中观察组48例,对照组46例.两组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组必要时口服阿普唑仑片,观察组联合中药穴位敷贴治疗.两组患者均持续治疗10 d.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评价两组患者睡眠质量;采用心绞痛症状评分量表评价两组患者心绞痛症状.结果两组治疗前的PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的PSQI评分均低于各组治疗前,且观察组的PSQI评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前的心绞痛症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的心绞痛症状评分均低于各组治疗前,且观察组的心绞痛症状评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药穴位敷贴治疗气滞血瘀或寒凝血瘀型UA伴失眠患者,可有效改善其睡眠质量,缓解心绞痛症状,且安全无创,适合临床推广.
Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint application of Chinese medicine on sleep quality and clinical symptoms in patients with unstable angina(UA)with insomnia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis or cold clotting and blood stasis type.Methods 94 patients with unstable angina with insomnia of the type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis or cold clotting and blood stasis admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to their willingness,including 48 cases in the observation group and 46 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was taken alprazolam tablets orally when necessary,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine.The patients in both groups were treated for 10 d.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups of patients;the angina symptom score scale was used to evaluate the angina symptoms of the two groups.Results Comparing the PSQI scores of the two groups before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups were lower than those of each group before treatment,and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the angina symptom scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the angina symptom scores of both groups were lower than those of each group before treatment,and the angina symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditionalChinese medicine for treating patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis or cold clotting and blood stasis type unstable angina insomnia can effectively improve their sleep quality,relieve angina symptoms,and is safe and non-invasive,suitable for clinical promotion.
