摘要
目的探讨医护一体化护理在胆囊息肉患者术后康复中的应用效果.方法该研究为回顾性分析,将2018年2月—2019年2月该院收治的40例术后采用常规护理的胆囊息肉患者纳入对照组;将2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的40例术后采用常规护理+医护一体化护理的胆囊息肉患者纳入观察组.比较两组的术后恢复情况及干预前后的抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分,统计两组的护理满意度,并对比两组术后1个月内的并发症发生情况.结果比较两组的术后恢复指标,包括肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间,观察组各项目用时均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的SDS、SAS评分,两组干预后的各项评分均低于干预前,且观察组干预后各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的护理满意度,观察组的各项满意度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组术后1个月内的并发症发生率,观察组的2.50%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医护一体化护理在胆囊息肉患者术后康复中的应用效果较好,能够加快术后身体恢复,改善患者心理状态与护理满意度,减少术后并发症发生.
Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gallbladder polyp.Methods This study was a retrospective analysis.40 patients with cholecystic polyps treated in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 who received routine nursing after operation were included in the control group;while 40 patients with gallbladder polyps treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 who received routine nursing+integrated nursing after operation were included in the observation group.The postoperative recovery of the two groups and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score before and after intervention were compared,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was counted,and the complications of 1 month after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery indexes of the two groups were compared,including bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time,length of hospital stay,the time of each item in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were compared,the scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than the control group afterT intervention,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared,and the satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications within 1 month after operation was compared,2.50%in the observation group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of integrated nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gallbladder polyp is better,which can accelerate postoperative physical recovery,improve patients'psychological state and nursing satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications.
