摘要
目的探讨中医适宜技术对痛风性关节炎急性期患者的疗效.方法选择该院2020年5月—2021年3月收治的60例痛风性关节炎急性期患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组采用常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医适宜技术.观察两组干预前后的疼痛程度、肿胀程度、临床检验指标及临床疗效.结果研究组的总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者的疼痛评分及肿胀评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后1周,研究组患者的疼痛评分及肿胀评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者的血沉及C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后1、2周,研究组患者的血沉及C反应蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论痛风性关节炎急性期患者采用中医适宜技术干预可明显缓解关节疼痛及肿胀,改善炎性指标,提高疗效,建议临床推广使用.
Objective To discuss the efficacy of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine on patients in the acute stage of gouty arthritis.Methods 60 patients in the acute stage of gouty arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional intervention,and the study group adopted TCM appropriate techniques on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,swelling,clinical test indexes before and after the intervention and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the pain scores and swelling scores of the two groups(P>0.05);at 1 week after the intervention,the pain and swelling scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference in the levels of blood sedimentation and Creactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine for patients in the acute stage of gouty arthritis can significantly relieve joint pain and swelling,improve inflammatory test indicators and the efficacy of treatment.It is recommended for clinical application.
