摘要
目的 探讨桂枝加葛根汤结合针刺对老年颈性眩晕(CV)患者颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分及血液流变学的影响。方法 选择2019年5月—2020年5月就诊于该院的73例老年CV患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组36例、治疗组37例。对照组采用针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用桂枝加葛根汤治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。对比两组临床疗效、病情严重程度、血液流变学和不良反应。结果 与对照组相比,治疗组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ESCV评分均高于治疗前,血浆黏度、全血高切与低切黏度均低于治疗前,且治疗组ESCV评分高于对照组,血浆黏度、全血高切与低切黏度均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 桂枝加葛根汤结合针刺可改善老年CV患者的血液流变学、临床症状,减轻病情严重程度,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction combined with acupuncture on evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)scores and hemorheology in elderly patients with cervical vertigo(CV).Methods A total of 73 elderly CV patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group of 36 cases and treatment group of 37 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,disease severity,hemorheology and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ESCV scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear and low-shear viscosity were lower than those before treatment,and the ESCV score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear and low-shear viscosity were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the hemorheology and clinical symptoms of elderly CV patients,reduce the severity of the disease,and has high safety.
